Way back when that game came out, I bought it... My nephews loved playing it, just like I loved playing the original as a kid... So, yeah, it really pissed me off when it just disappeared one day (6/30/11, I think)... The game was completely removed from XBox (due to licensing issues or whatever) without any warning... On top of that, there was no type of apology or anything from XBox (Microsoft) for basically stealing my/yours/our money... So, yeah, everyone that ever bought this should get 400 MSP from Microsoft... That's what I think... That, or we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit to get our money back...
